Horrible home internet service from Tigo in Envigado, Colombia. The signal goes on and off and has been this way for 5 days. Imagine you are trying to read a book and someone is turning off the lights for a while, then turning them back on. Tigo could not care less that the whole city has no internet. They get paid no matter what, they are a monopoly, and so you cannot go to the competition while they have no financial incentive to do anything. I do not think they even have a clue what is wrong and too prideful to ask for expert help. If you have a choice my recommendation is to avoid Tigo.
