Milstein Adelman Jackson Fairchild Wade

I'm in the same boat as everybody else, except we are just in early phase of suing the homebuilder. I just got a letter dated 5/1/23 overnighted to me to set up an inspection date. Funny thing is, I've emailed their assisting on 2/15, 3/29, 3/30, 4/15/23 to set up a time for the builder to do the inspection on our home but NO ONE ever calls back or responds to my emails - why OVERNIGHT a letter asking me to call them back when I've done so since FEBRUARY 2023! They cancelled on us at the last minute and then now have the nerve to send me a letter stating URGENT - ACTION REQUIRED - PLEASE RESPOND, and when I do (multiple times) they don't pick up the phone or respond to emails? How in the world does a firm like this even function or make any kind of money? I have worked as a paralegal in top tier law firms (funny enough representing the builder actually LOL) and WE ALWAYS RESPONDED TO THE CLIENTS!

Never heard back from Hasmik Gevorkian and Levi Plesset, Esq. I have sent numerous emails about the status of the settlement with KB Home and no one from Milstein, Adelman, Jackson, Fairchild & Wade, LLP has replied to my emails. They probably kept the settlement.

Our family is going through the same situation with this firm. No one will return our phone calls and lately everytimee call the numbers that are provided the all make the sounds like your calling a fax number. It is clear that this firm is holding everyone's settlement money hostage. If we doing hear anything from this firm by the end of next week we will be calling the State Board to file a complaint. Or maybe it's time for all parties involved with this firm to come together a find a law firm that sues other lawyers. Another CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. Subsequently we're not the only family in our development community that's having the same issue with this firm. One family has already started the process on suing this firm. Others are signing on as days go on. We're hoping that this firm does the right thing and disperse people there settlement asap. We are all in communication with each other so we'll know if anyone receives their settlement. DO THE RIGHT THING AND DISPERSE EVERYONE'S SETTLEMENT, NOT JUST IN MY COMMUNITY BUT ALL COMMUNITIES THAT YOU HAVE "REPRESENTED". One last note, ln order for me to be able to post this review I had to put up at least one star. My true feelings are they deserve NONE!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GOD BLESS!!!

Looks like they may have received a settlement for our class action-a year ago they indicated a final signature was required from us. Literally a year ago, after several endless-seeming years of vague notifications of progress. I suspect now the builder has settled and they're sitting on funds, since my email was answered "I'll check with accounting". Really? I guess I involve the state bar next? Sheesh...
