Mr. Mineo is my family attorney with all the experience and expertise needed to perform superbly. He's been valuable in setting up Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, for members of my family.

If there was a negative rating ability, this firm would get it without hesitation. My experience with Mr. Mineo didn't even get to the legal aid part. The first time I called, the gentleman answered, but did not provide his name so I could properly address him. I said hello and then asked, "with whom am I speaking"? His response was, "what?". So I repeated the question and he hung-up on me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back and the scenario repeated itself. A very swift hang-up by Mr. Mineo, I assume. That is my only experience with this firm and it will remain my only experience with them. I can't wrap my head around the refusal to answer such a simple and innocuous question as to provide a name to properly address the person on the other end of the phone.

I don't usually write a whole lot of reviews unless necessary. Mr Mineo has been so helpful and understanding.. He has gone above and beyond with my case and has been nothing but professional;and supportive. I have recommended Mr. Mineo to several of my colleagues and they are also very pleased with his services. I will continue to use Mineo and Associates for all my legal needs.
