First time calling to ask a few questions... The receptionist was VERY RUDE..... first time calling a law office, wanted to know if they handled a certain matter, what what fee was etc.... very short and cocky answers from the receptionist. Totally turned me off.... will find another attorney for sure.... Sorry Atty Mitchell.....

I called and asked to have time sensitive documents reviewed, a pretty simple task. After 11 days I was told by the brassy secretary "It's in the stack" with no idea of when they could get to it. I believe 11 days is ample time for 1 hour of work considering the circumstances they were aware of. It would have been much more appropriate to advise me they are to busy to process my request in a timely manor and not accept the job. I'm very disappointed a simple matter, redundant but 11 days almost 2 entire work weeks to resolve a problem easily and quickly has turned into a much worse problem now. Mitch is a decent enough man to talk to the secretary is very abrasive and rude. Spoke to Mitch when picking the documents up he said he knew the documents were there so draw your own conclusion, I personally believed he didn't know my documents were there however he says he did.

Atty. Machan has been excellent in his service for us & others.
