This is a great law firm that really looks after their clients. They treat you like family. I have always had updates on how things our going. Mrs. Duff and her team from Mrs. Jean, Traci, to Veronica and etc.. they go out of their way to make sure that things are getting done! They can't control what the court scheduling does. Genuinely good people who want to help others in every way they can. They are always more than happy to answer any and every question. They are futuristic where you can also remit payment online. I'm grateful that they are on my team. This old school firm in Richmond gets the job done!

Individually, Amy Mitchell and Elizabeth Duff are each great attorneys. Together in a law firm, they are excellent. The firm handles a broad list of legal matters. I have referred many clients to this firm, each time with superb results. I highly recommend Mitchell and Duff.

Out of 10 Houston/Richmond law firms I called, this is the only firm that charges $150 for a consultation. Every single other law firm will offer a free consultation, because the law firm doesn't even know if they can help you or not. How can you charge money to simply listen to a 5 minute story? This is what gives lawyers a bad name

I literally couldn't get any attorney to talk to me. I called 3 different times with my civil problem and all I was asking for was a consultation. Each time I called, I was told the attorney was out of the office and would call me back. I called over a 2 week time period. If they didn't think I had a case, I would of been fine hearing "you have no case, don't call back". Highly recommend finding a different attorney.

I paid them $1500 down 2years ago last time I heard from them is by email saying I have $400 left on my account! All they have done is answer some of my emails got a court date and they decided to cancel after I've waited so long and I ask them Not to cancel the court date but they did ! They are crooked and thieves they don't care about people situation ! I hired them to help me get my daughter visitation back to Houston from San Antonio when my daughter was 10 then now she 12 and nothing has been done ! I have not heard from them don't hire these people they only care about the $$$
