If I could give a 0 star I would. I hired Mr.Moen to help me in the probate for my grandmothers estate. Mr. Moen persuaded me to transfer $500,000 into his trust account. I have not received a dollar of the funds it’s been 4 months. He found a loop hole to take clients money. He files motions that are not required by law, then will charge you for it. He has charged over $20,000 for a simple probate case. He stoped answering my calls and emails, when the heirs came to his office to get answers he called the police on them. He has discriminated against my family and took advantage. I will be filing a grievance with WSBA.

Have visited many times Staff is very helpful and polite..
