I suggest not working for this company. I know of the last 3 people that have been let go after a very short time (myself) after 3 weeks for minor mistakes. Terry Mohr assured me their wasn't anything wrong with my performance at that time and it would take me a couple years to learn the job. He let the previous girl go while I was working there for a week. She was also there 3 weeks. Came to find out through the office manager that he actually did have a problem but didn't have the balls to tell me himself. I don't have a legal background and the slim training process I got was told once and read the manual that someone had made up some time ago made no sense. I left a position with company after 3 years to try and better myself and had to take out my own health insurance policy to have my life completely turned upside down. Very Very disappointed with the way this handled. Also forgot to mention all client documents are thown into a dumpster, NOT shredded for privacy. You might want to ask for all court copies made handed to you. And Terry, calling the office manager to discuss will not work, she felt bad enough, knowing you only gave me 3 weeks to learn a job, she agreed that it is just not enough time. It really should of come from you and your reasoning. And it was one court case that was deleted from the calendar on accident and was caught immediately, nothing was missed. In the end I found an awesome job within a week that I absolutely love. So everything does happen for a reason, and it was a god send that you did let me go when you did.

Zero stars. Kasper made little progress on the case, then sued me for $8000 which he is no way deserves. I am a single mother with my house going into foreclosure and no way to pay him. My father was the one who was supposed to pay but since this lawyer does nothing he wouldn’t pay him. DO NOT HIRE him!!!

I highly recommend Terry Mohr for your legal needs. When I first met with Terry, I told him about the issues I was having with my ex-husband and his lack of paying child support. Immediately, he made a plan of action and walked me through the process. Terry was always available to answer to my questions at any time. He genuinely cares about you and never makes you feel like your questions don't matter. His staff is just as helpful. Missi Teer, his business manager, worked with me with any financial issues I had. Overall, I could honestly say you can trust this firm to handle any legal matters you need with the care and attention you deserve.

We met with Terry Mohr on October 20, 2016 for a will and trust document. Once I received the documents in the mail, I was instructed, in a letter, to decipher the legal jargon for myself, and let them know when I'd like to meet to finalize everything. I called TWICE, as I had multiple questions about the documents, and was told the attorney would call me back. Never received a response. 6 months go by with no call or communication from this law firm, until on April 23rd, I received a LETTER (again, still no call back or communication since October), stating they haven't heard from me, and that we would need to pay for services rendered. Invoice was also attached to the letter. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and impersonal service, let alone attorney. If they hadn't already drawn up the papers, I would be running for the hills. It kills me to have to continue utilizing and then ultimately have to pay these people. My two cents- this seems to be an uncaring, untrustworthy, unprofessional law firm, with horrendous communication. Do not use.

To start divorce is not a pleasurable thing, but it was a very comfortable feeling having Terry Mohr represent me. Terry Mohr is a very smart man, and gave me the confidence to go through with this after hiring him for the third time. He went far and beyond to help me get through. the divorce went smoothly but lengthy because of the other party, anger played a big part not on my behalf. Also Terry advised me, but did not tell me what to do, and every word from his mouth was 100% correct and spot on. I also learned a lot from him and his experience. So i can go on forever how much i appreciated all the help from his staff and himself, but the one question i had was why would a man at retirement years want to keep practicing family law. he told me he enjoys what he does, and is good at it. And most of all he loves helping people, and in my eyes that is spot on. So thank you all so much for all your help. Sincerely, Vincent Menas.
