Molly Jo Mullen ADR

Top notch mediator! I originally met Molly Jo Mullen as opposing counsel on a case, wherein she showed a comprehensive knowledge of the law and medicine involved, expertise in the litigation process, and tenacity advocating for her client, yet was extremely professional and effective. After she moved into her ADR practice, I had a large sex abuse case with difficult issues that needed an effective mediator, and decided to give her a shot. I couldn't have been more pleased. She carried over her diligence, patience and poise to her mediation practice, and was able to foster an extremely fair result for all involved. I have since been calling her praise to all who will listen. I have no doubt that I will be seeking to use Molly Jo on my next mediation, and many more to follow.

I highly recommend Molly as a mediator. I’ve used her on cases on both sides of the fence and have witnessed first-hand her skill and handling of both “emotional” plaintiff and “difficult” defendant clients. She is also keenly perceptive as to client nuances, and therefore is efficient in getting to an acceptable resolution.

I had an unsuccessful attempt at mediation on a sensitive, complicated employment matter involving high dollars, multiple parties, and insurance coverage issues. Opposing counsel agreed to give it another shot with a different mediator. I called Molly, having known her as an excellent attorney who could appreciate both sides of such a case. She gave the matter and the parties the attention necessary to resolve it in a way where all sides felt like they got a "win". I would not hesitate to use her again (and have).
