We have been with Monaham And Associates for over 20 years. I can only say good things about his service have never had issues. They are always available kind proffesionals. We deal with Lina often she's such a proffesional and kind person. Of course when comes to audit we can't control that as for mistakes I'm assuming we are all human. I highly recommend them.

Just like another reviewer, we have looked to Monahan and Associates since 2007, and have been reassessed multiple times. Ray has missed our T4 after sending it to him as an attachment and stating it in the body of an email. He claims to be supporting you with filing your taxes, yet has multiple errors in his work. We have had to review our taxes with him for even basic items (erroneous rental address stated, erroneous phone number stated) and not so basic items (erroneous rental expenses claimed). He has also failed to bring to our attention items that would help increase our tax return (claiming professional memberships/license, eligible educator school supplies). His work lacks accuracy and meticulousness even after paying $361.60. I am gravely disappointed in the level of attention to detail. My parents have often spoken highly of his father, Paul — the only reason why we committed to Monahan and Associates. It appears that the high recommendation and praise is not upheld by all tax accountants working here.

Three consecutive years we have been re-assessed by the CRA and have had to pay money to the government when we were told we were to receive money. We have simple tax returns and yet, we have issues every year. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
