Corrupt Cecilia Shinou (may have spelled wrong) her and her man hitting cronies, are a disgrace to the justice system. During the pandemic, they weren’t prosecuting petty crimes, such as drugs and theft, so they needed to prosecute people in order to perpetuate revenue, and they also get additional kickbacks from the violence against women act. I literally heard this DA say “we have nobody to prosecute today so somebody’s getting prosecuted.” I had video evidence to prove my innocence, and it was in- admissible, because of a restraining order the restraining order shouldn’t even been in affect based on the fact it was lies, and I could prove it with video, but the DA was able to suppress that information and keep that video hidden in order to seize all my weapons while vilifying a innocent man to perpetuate revenue for the courts this is a sad, sick time in this country where innocent men are going to jail even with documentation they can prove their innocence. They did get a new DA in there last time. I can’t remember his name he was a nice fella seemed down to earth, but that Celia. She’s a menace to society and she’s the real criminal. The worst part is the so-called victim had also done this to multiple other men, and that was never brought up, some people use domestic violence claims in order to perpetuate revenue, receive government benefits, and go as far as getting a green card out of it, it is what we call the Silver bullet method as it gives you complete immunity and total custodial rights to your children.. it’s a scary slippery slope that’s in serious need of reform please look for my new book coming out in 2024 “silver bullets and nuclear homes” one more word to the wise!! Get a good Lawyer! Public defenders even when you get a decent one are over worked and up against insurmountable odds.
I never thought I would encounter one of the most stereotypical corrupt police district full of mindless goons yet here we are, a extremely corrupt attorney, corrupt officers who trick question and lie multiple times on purpose, and will arrest anyone for literally anything and I mean anything, its just disgusting and I and hope for the day someone will sue these people for their corruption.
I went to Monterey County DA Office in Salinas, on West Alisal. They are busy, and motivated. Operated by a bunch of really hard-working, very dedicated group of people. It was an awful time in my life, and they stood up for me. There is hardly ever an easy, quick answer in Courts of Law, or Courts of Equity. The grounds are easily accessible, small, restaurants within walking distance, and quiet part of town. Thank You Monterey County DA for your work in my case. Juliet
Terrible. My daughter received a letter telling her to appear in court. I called TWICE today and was kept on hold for a very long time. I want to postpone her date. They brushed me off to the superior court which in turn brushed me off back to the DA. No one seems to know the answer to a very simple question.
They offer a deal to the accussed and most take the "deal". Problem is, if you don't take the deal, then they may be hit with jail time. How is that even human, much less fair? Fight for your rights. The deal is no deal and most judges are fair.
