Literally just emailed to ask about if they do free consultations and then asked how much it is. I was told the rate and “I am booked with appointments until the end of January so you should call someone else.” I feel as though it was quite rude.

Very slow in helping to find out where our stimulus money was at. Did not really seem interested in helping. Not willing to help or try to help me. Kept sayibg that there is nothing she can do.
