When I was first injured I had no idea what and how the Worker’s Comp process worked. I was injured on the job, and I had filed a claim with Worker’s Comp. That’s about as far as I had gotten. I was referred to Martie’s firm by another attorney, but I wasn’t sure which attorney would be assigned to my case. Martie took my case, and he and his staff were absolutely amazing. It’s very evident he cares for people, and only has his client’s best interest in mind! My case took way longer than the average Worker’s Comp case, so I always had a lot of questions. Anytime I called I was put through to Martie’s paralegal, Andrea, who was equally amazing and patient when I called. If she didn’t have the answer right then, she would always get me an answer promptly, or set up a meeting for me with Martie. They always kept me in the loop with anything that was going on, and Martie was very straight forward with what I could expect going forward.
