truthfully, don’t see how this company could stay in business. They’re trying to sue me for a payment that was made to Home Depot and proven that it was made. But yet they’re trying to sue me for 1000+ dollars for late fees and interest for money that I had paid years ago. I tell them exactly what paperwork to look at to prove my case. And We just keep having the same conversations over and over and over and over. Hours of wasted time on the phone. I Wish they had the balls to take because I have all the proof and they’re the ones that sent me the paperwork. nevertheless, if you have a problem with them, they will just shove you around from one person that has no clue what they’re talking about to another to another to another.

ZERO STARS FOR THE WORST SERVICE EVER! they DON'T want to get paid! after 8 PHONE CALLS to payoff an accouunt and they always magically disconnect your call! TO PAY! are you guys serious???????????? how do you make money of you dont want debtors to pay you????? why are you in business?

I had the very unpleasant experience of working for Moore Law Group. I would give them 0 stars as an employer, but that's not possible. Not only do they have the worst lawyers in all of Phoenix, I was let go on unfair grounds which warrants a case for retaliation. The work atmosphere was abusive and poorly run. I am not just inventing scenarios. This place is an HR disaster.

I have been trying to get my account resolved since June 18 2024, and your law firm keeps denying assistance. Every time i call representatives say i need to speak with Jenny Walker only, i don't know why and they won't say anything . I have left Jenny Walker over 25 messages and no a single call back. I been reaching out since i received a placement now i have received a judgement on my account and still people refuse to help me get my account resolved. THEY ARE IGNORING ME ON PURPOSE SO THEY CAN GET A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT GRANTED ON MY ACCOOUNT THIS LAW FIRM HAS NO BUSINESS REPRESENTING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.

Tried to work with them to arrange payment arrangements. There were some extenuating circumstances which made my account very delinquent. They were nice at first, but when trying to arrange payments they just said "no". Didn't work with me. Didn't offer any incentive to be cooperative. Didn't really care. It's sad, really.
