His secretary, Michelle, forgot to call me back. I didn’t realize how time-sensitive my issue was, and as a result of this law firm’s negligence I ran out of time to file anything. Any chance I had to get my car back was gone. It gets even better. Instead of explaining themselves, they had the audacity to refer me to another attorney, who basically had to break the bad news. Go to Thornton & Robison, don’t let these people waste your time like they did mine.
