It is always a pleasure to take a ride out of town. We went to a concert and played a little bit. They always have entertainment for you to enjoy. It's like being in Vegas, but not all the hustle and bustle the strip has. Definitely will be back.

We haven't stayed here in 4 years just prior to the lockdowns of 2020. We were excited to stay and drive into Vegas daily as needed. Upon arrival there was a urine smell in the lobby. I quickly learned it was coming from the womens restroom. I went in and there were toilets that looked like they haven't been cleaned in months to years. I was scared to check in. A lady in front of us was already complaining about the smell and worried how her room was. They ensured us our rooms were fine. Our room was very clean. Looked recently remodeled or upgraded. Im a clean freak so i checked. Passed my check. The beds were very comfortable. The sad parts were there isnt very many slot machines to choose from and no card tables. No restaurants open. Sadly looks like a ghost town. Had I known we would have not booked there. We decided to give it a chance. So we hopped over to the other hotels and found similarly. The Buffalo bills was hopping with people. Almost too packed. Perhaps because they had restaurants and bars. We had to wait 2 hrs for Dennys. The Mc Donalds across the way was lined with cars and closes early. We are late late night owls. A nice surprise was the primm pool. That was clean and wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly. But we could never get extra pillows nor towels. On any of the days we stayed. They were apologetic. For the price we paid we could have stayed in vegas and not have to hunt for food. Eating sandwiches from the chevron was not what we planned when we called 2 weeks prior to our stay. We wish the casino well but will not be returning. Maybe if rooms were $30 a night. Until then..no.

We had a reservation at Buffalo Bills next door, but upon arrival there were no rooms available even though I booked months ago. We got stuck with a room in the Primm Valley Resort. It was absolutely awful. The carpet was gross and nasty. There were signs of rodents infesting the hotel. My room had large spiders and bugs in it. The tile in the bathroom was not stuck to the floor. The exterior door had the bottom couple of inches missing (this how rodents could get into the hotel). Also there was a ton of grass and dirt which had blown into the stairwell. The lady at the desk of Buffalo Bills was super kind and refunded us our money so we could drive another 2 hours to a decent hotel without rodents and bugs.

Bad thi g is that they replaced the roulette and craps tables with electronic ones, no one wants to play electronic tables that's the only reason I'd gamble there is for the live tables and fun with everyone else playing. There was no one on those electronic machines all night while I was out on the dollar machines, sad .

Albert at the front desk has given the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He needs a raise. Seriously. He’s the soul reason I will come back
