We did our closing with them. They did a quick thorough job and explained everything when signing the paperwork. They even found a few errors on the mortgage companies part and made sure we got those issue fixed. Would recommend as the interaction and timely manner was great with all the COVID rules going on.

Atty David Albanese in this group could not be any worse. A simple cash real estate closing that a child could perform has taken months & months. His delays are a direct result of his ineptitude and lack of care for his clients. He doesn't return phone calls or texts sometimes at all. Do not use this man.
