? Terrible Experience – Unprofessional & Lacking Communication I had an overall bad experience with Morgan & Morgan, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. At the beginning, they were very eager to communicate and take on my case, but that quickly changed. Once I was officially signed on as a client, the communication completely stopped. I never once spoke to my actual attorney, and every time I tried to get updates, the paralegals were either unavailable, didn’t pick up, or never returned my calls. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about my own case for three years! The only time I finally got some movement was when I had to write an email and contact HR—which is ridiculous. It became clear to me that they only care about getting paid, not about truly helping their clients. They promote themselves as being "for the people," but in my experience, they were anything but that. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic communication made this entire process stressful and disappointing. If you’re looking for a law firm that actually cares about your case and keeps you informed, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Morgan & Morgan is NOT for the people—only for the paycheck. ????????

Very well organized across different departments. Very responsive with return phone calls and articulate when requesting information. My attorney is very punctual and follows up in a timely fashion.
