This company was terrible to deal with my paralegal was Hannah Terry and was very rude and she was races against African-American people . She could never tell me anything about case and I had to inform her about everything!!! After putting in complaint on her and my attorney Elaine “WHOM I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN WITH” they have released me since I had a problem with not knowing anything about my case and the rude attitudes that they have. I know if I was White Caucasian woman that it would have been a different outcome. I wouldn’t recommend this company to NOBODY !!! Also the supervisor in FL Jasmine was also very rude and dismissive. The only person that acted like they cared was Rhonda Cox was amazing every time I spoke with her and maybe because she was the only African American person I spoke with. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog
Very poorly handled law firm someone rear ended me in a company vehicle and after they accepted my case they then decided that I wasn't a high rate of speed crash. That the other driver that hit me and caused a lot of damage to my vehicle and myself along with my passenger that we wasn't a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
They was very understanding, they checked up on me very often and just to let me know that everything was ok and was going to work out.
I have not received any phone calls since 2023. Then I received a voicemail saying please contact us or we will start the withdrawal process. I called back to express the difficulty I’ve had with the firm. The woman Arina, hung up once I voiced my displeasure. I did not agree nor was a disclaimer given if the call was being recorded.I have been diagnosed with a disability and trying to seek help. This is not the way to go about it. I understand a business has to be run but this is not the way to do it. I’m sure the founder would not be happy about this.
