I recently had the pleasure of going through the process with Mike Kelly as attorney and Ben as his assistant. They are wonderful guys to go through the process with. Willing to walk you through every step and answer every question you can ask. Very timely about returning calls and messages. Also very knowledgeable about what is going to happen and preparing you in every way to be ready. Overall we are pleased to have contacted them and they have helped us in so many ways. I worked with Mike Kelly and his assistant Ben. I could not have been happier with both of them. They were both quick to return phone calls and emails when I had questions or concerns and were also both quick to put my mind at ease. The disability process is not an easy one to go through alone and I would highly recommend using Morgan and Weisbrod (Mike Kelly and Ben) after 3 denials, they were able to get me the approval i deserved. This is not a 1-800 disability firm. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness and communication which is really needed as you go through this process.
