This is a debt collection agency and they're pretty professional I thought they were really professional and they're very easy to work with they have friendly staff and very understanding sympathetic staff. Even though it's a collection agency they'd have a very sympathetic approach to collections they won't bother you they don't call you non-stop they don't do any of that you have to call into them and set up the payment plan or payment arrangements and they're really understanding with you and work with you.
Harassing calls and they actually went through the effort of sending someone to serve me papers on $2k debt... also they refuse to go paperless and accept ach payments. They force me to write checks.
Staff doesn't care. Lots of hold times, messages left and no call-backs. I had to actively work day after day to get someone to speak with me about my single final payment owed. Mr. J. Ford that recently left the company was a quality staff member, shame he's gone now.
Posting this review while waiting on hold for the second time. The first time, I was informed the wait time was 5 minutes. Still on hold after 20 minutes so I selected the option to a callback. The system informed me that my request couldn't be processed and hung up on me. This time, the wait was supposed to be 2 minutes. It's been 10 and still no human contact. I could pay online, however they take three days to process the debit so I thought this may be quicker. It is not. I can't speak for any other aspect of their business, but their customer service is hot garbage. Do not recommend
I had a hard time getting a hold of someone or anyone calling me back. I got online and found another number, and thankfully, was transferred to a real person. I addressed my concerns and was assured that someone who could help me would call me back within the hour. 30 minutes later, someone did and they were great. They assured me that they are currently in the process of hiring more people and apologized for the long hold times.
