Reviews

From Texas reaching out to an lawyer in another state for advice on family issues in Arkansas state for my nephew and niece that’s currently in DHS . Recently had a family death yet I still made it an importance to have a consultation about family matters. I told him (Will) I’m calling to talk to him about a case thinking he was going to give me some lead way in what information he wanted exactly since I explained this to his receptionists on the very specific details to give to him about the case after his snarky response that clearly I’m calling about a case I told him I don’t need his services . I’ll never give money to lawyers like that. I’m relieved I didn’t get a chance to go any further because he told me all I needed to know about him within the first five minutes . I don’t support people or businesses that treat people in such a manner and as the southern hospitality goes bless their heart .

Josh has worked with me for over two years to solve tough legal issues. He has been even handed, efficient, and prompt to respond and act. His ingenious recommendations and ultimate solutions have resulted in results better than either of us anticipated. I'll work with him again and indeed recommend him to you the reader of this review. Josh WINS!

I highly recommend this law firm. If they are not able to represent you, for any reason, they will refer you to an attorney who can. All of the attorneys are very knowledgeable and the staff is very competent and friendly. I would not hesitate to use this law firm's services.

Rule 1.15 of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct suggests that all advance fees must be placed in the client trust account. In addition, the rules impose a duty on a lawyer to "refund any advance payment of fee that has not been earned. This firm apparently does not believe Rule 1.15 applies to them. My recommendation is to stay away from this law firm. I engaged them on a case to represent my daughter and I was the guarantor for financial purposes. We duly executed a retainer/fee agreement. I provided a refundable retainer. The firm's engagement was terminated in March 2018. Despite many multiple forms of communication, it took the firm until August 10, 2018 (nearly seven months after engagement) to produce a detailed billing statement that was required per the retainer/fee agreement. We finally agreed on the value to be reimbursed on October 16, 2018 to which I have in written form. As of November 28th, I have still not been reimbursed despite no less than six additional communications to them, all of which have gone unanswered. Clearly an unethical firm. Look for other more competent representation.
