Reviews

Prior to a scheduled consultation, it had been communicated over the phone that there would be no conceivable reason for a viable potential case to be turned away by their law office. Upon having the in person consult, pertinent critical summarizing documentation (a single page) was refused to be reviewed by the attorney. The attorney that had been met with floated the idea and requested that a polygraph be taken prior to the case potentially going to trial or even being formally requested. Upon communicating to the attorney of the inherent unreliability of polygraph results, representation for the misdemeanor level case was turned down by the office.
Barry is very pleasant to work with He is a SUPER attorney. The staff that they have are very experienced. No disappointments here.
UPDATE: I appreciate the response from this business and here is my response. In the process of finding an estate attorney, at the time I wrote the original review, I came across the listing for this attorneys office. Reminded of my past experience and I felt it was appropriate to write a review stating just the facts of my experience at the time. I also remember not feeling comfortable writing a review at the time of my experience fearing some form of retaliation. Just stating the facts. ORIGINAL Review: I can only speak for what I experienced. Meet with Jonathan Lundeen and planned on setting up a retainer. Asked him to review some documents. After a couple weeks hearing nothing from Mr Lundeen and few phone calls he never returned I stopped by and picked up my documents. Mr Porter acted as the county arbitrator between an insurance company and I for a small claims case. My decision to settle was base on Mr Porter's recommendation. After signing the settlement documents Mr Porter began promoting his arbitration services to the insurance companies attorney. Displaying a potential conflict of interest. So was his recommendation skewed by his concern for promoting his arbitration services or was he recommending the best interest of BOTH parties?
I would like to thank Lisa A. Wiebush for the great job she did for me. She was very professional yet personable. It was a positive and pleasure to work with Lisa. If I had questions she was very quick in responding. I would definitely recommend Mudge Porter Lundeen & Seguin!
Above and beyond’!! Joel Schlitz is an excellent Attorney. Professional, driven and most importantly, honorable. Highly recommend this firm.
