Having an extremely difficult time receiving communications... Attempting to end contract (No services were provided) after my initial attorney Stratton Stone left the firm. Deposit was forwarded to James Martin, who after 3 separate attempts to cancel Retainer agreement and receive deposit back refuses to acknowledge.. Will have to contact BBB for resolution.
We hired John H. Russell Jr. to represent a case we had. He was timely in his response and very conscientious and detailed in his handling of our situation. He took the time to be thoughtful and understanding of what we needed even making time to see us during the Covid-19 pandemic. He worked and reworked our case with excellent skills and has been the best attorney we have ever worked with. Even after wrapping things up he kindly returned any phone calls with questions we had to assure us that he would continue to be there for us if we needed him again. We highly recommend him and consider him a great friend!
