Tim Staggs was so helpful in giving me expert advice while I navigate the world of disability for my mother for the first time. He really comes across as a caring individual who takes the time to treat you like a human being and not just a case. Cannot recommend enough.
Tim Staggs very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered any and all questions I had , didn’t make me feel like I had to hurry to ask them either. Will use in future if necessary. Thanks again Tim.
If i could give them a zero stars i would. I set up a phone consultation and never received a call. The office staff didnt even call to tell me he got held up and set up a new appointment. This showed me they had zero respect for my time. I took off sat by the phone and wasted pay and time for them. I feel this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I bet they let their cases fall though the cracks just like they did my call.
Wonderful working with people who really care about you. They go above and beyond to get all the answers to your questions. I am very thankful for Tim and his staff. Thank you ! Paula and Carl.
This office represented me in 2014 for disability claim. At that time I had fibromyalgia, 3 herniated disc, Complex regional pain syndrome, carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel, depression, anxiety. At the time I didn’t know was I also had Chiari malformation which I was born with. I had lived in constant pain since I was 22 years old and had no idea what was wrong. Finally had to quit work after 30 years of nursing in 2004 due to pain. After 2 failed attempts of applying for disability, family and friends suggested an attorney. Met with mr. Staggs ONE time, at which he was very negative about my health problems but said he would see what he could do. Finally got a hearing 11/20014. Received my letter, called Staggs office to see what I needed to do and where to go. My day finally came. I was called back and sat in front of judge V. I was asked several questions about my past work and what my husband did for living. My attorney Mr Staggs has not said one word. When asked a question by judge, Staggs didn’t even have my file with him!!!!!!!!! Not a word out of his mouth in regards to helping me get disability. Afterwards he said I could file an appeal but it would take time. Three months later I called his office to check status of my appeal. And was told he had not filed an appeal on my behalf. And had the audacity to tell me that I had missed several appts. I saw this idiot one (1) time!!!!! And then when asked to get my records back that I had gathered for him was told it would be $300 bucks!!! I did get my records back at no charge. This was the most humiliating and degrading thing I have ever went through. Your attorney is supposed to be your advocate. But Mr Staggs is not an advocate or much of an attorney. Please talk/interview several disability lawyers before picking one. I do not recommend Mr. Staggs.
