I have been using this firm (Ethne) for my divorce, which started years ago. The issues started at the beginning, but I stayed with this firm only because they had case knowledge and each time I thought things would get resolved and I would be done with them. At the beginning, she never informed me of consequences to how the decree was written, which led to me giving up 50% physical custody. It is nearly impossible to get that back. I have spent the last several years trying to get a better deal through mediation, which they were never prepared for, I had to essentially do all the preparation and all the talking in the mediation, while they collect fees to do literally nothing. When an agreement was not made and we needed to file a petition, they decided to cancel my matter and close my case - sending me recommendations for other lawyers. When I went to pick up my file, all that was in it was the original decree and stipulations from the mediation. There were no notes, emails, nothing else. If you care for your children and their future well-being, I would steer well clear of this place.

I went through Martin & Wagner for a child support and parenting time modification case. Becky represented me and was amazing! She was able to break down the legal jargon and gave me each scenario that was going to happen. She even knew the games that the father played while representing me.If you're looking for an honest attorney that fights for you, look no further! I would go through them again if needed!

I had the unpleasant experience of working with Becky Martin during a case (she was representing the other party) and her ethics, demeanor and attitude all need adjustment. I've never seen someone argue a point while using minors as leverage, not having her facts straight, and using personal attacks as a way to bully the other party. I wouldn't recommend her to people I don't like--nobody deserves that.

We hired Becky Martin in a child support modification case. At our first meeting, she was very helpful in explaining our rights, the process, and potential outcomes. Her knowledge of Minnesota law and experience in winning similar cases was extremely helpful in making us feel confident that we chose the right attorney. She even offered advise in other areas that we weren't fighting, but that we had many concerns about, such as, visitation/parenting time, paying for private school, and other issues. She offered direct, concise answers to all of our questions. We are very pleased with the services we received from everyone at Martin & Wagner and would highly recommend them. We will be hiring them again for our estate planning and Will that needs to be revised.

Stefanie Wagner handled my wife's and my wills and our estate planning and she was great!! She asked a ton of questions and even things that we would've never thought about to provide. She and the office were very professional and I've also referred my dad and other family members and friends to her as well. It's never a fun thing to talk about the bad "what ifs" but she made us feel comfortable about it and we feel great knowing that should anything ever happen to either of us, we know exactly what is going to happen to everything when we are gone and make sure that our loved ones are taken care of!!!
