It is my very best advice to steer clear of this Law Firm they have represented me in two different cases and have been very deficient practically on the border of malpractice

This law firm wouldn’t even be getting the one star if I had the option of giving a zero. Bill Arnold Jr. represented me when my own attorney couldn’t be present in court. I’m a cdl holder that was speeding in my personal vehicle going 22 over the speed limit bc I was in a medical emergency situation. Before court, Mr. Arnold came up and introduced himself to me and told me that the prosecutor is recommending giving me the ticket for going 10 over instead of the 22. I asked him twice if he would tell the judge the reason I was speeding in hopes of getting the ticket dropped to even less then the 10 over they’re recommending giving me. He told me both times he would bring it up to the judges attention. During my court hearing, Mr. Arnold told the judge that the prosecutor recommended 10 over to whereas the judge agreed and gave me the ticket for 10 over! He didn’t even attempt to ask the judge to consider the reasoning for my speeding, which was a life and death situation. Driver control sent me a letter saying I had to have a hearing with them bc of the points that accumulated on my record and that It’s a possibility I could have to forfeit my license. The letter they sent me told me that I was still listed as going 22 over instead of the 10 over the judge reduced it to stating the judge broke the law by reducing it. After 5 days of leaving messages and emails with Mr. Arnold with no phone calls back, I was finally able to reach him to which he replied, “I’ve been getting your messages but I’ve been out duck hunting and I do guiding on the side.” As I told him what was going on, he seemed in disbelief that it happened and when I told him it wasn’t fair that I’ve hired attorneys and was given the verdict I received just to have it overturned he just stated “well it’s not fair but it’s real and it happened!” I was shocked at the concern he gave, which was none, over my livelihood! He told me “I recommend you call the attorney that you hired.” I told him that I’ve tried calling the attorney I hired along with emails to no avail. I talked to the district clerk, I’ve tried calling the judge, the two prosecutors, even leaving messages that it’s important that they call me back and that I’ve tried calling him as well for the past five days to which no one will talk to me, call me back or give me any kind of time to resolve this. I asked him if he minded if I asked him a question without trying to sound rude and he told me “Well if it comes across rude I’ll just tell you to shut the hell up!” I’m sitting there in disbelief on the professionalism of this attorney. I asked him why he didn’t bring my reasoning for speeding to the attention of the judge to which he replied “bc we didn’t give a damn to hear your excuse and you know what sir? Good luck to you and have a good day” and then he hung up on me! This is the exact reasoning I didn’t hire someone from the town I live in to represent me. It’s a shame you live in a community, pay taxes and are a law abiding citizen just to be ignored with no care or professionalism to one’s livelihood by the people that are to serve and help you. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone after the unprofessionalism I received!
