Generally, I bill for my services on an hourly rate. That rate is currently $225.00, per hour, which I believe is reasonable based upon my experience.

I recommend you not use him and he cannot help you with any family law issues. On top of charging an outrageous amount for worthless work he proceeded to drain thousands of dollars from my family members(single mother) account the day before Thanksgiving with a lean to satisfy a remaining bill owed to him rather than waiting for a judgment set on the other party. To pay back 60% of the attorneys fees, he would be my last choice for a family law attorney.
Jim is a nice guy but whatever you do, don't let him recommend a PRE/psychologist by the name of Edward Budd to you for your case. That man is a train wreck and totally destroyed my otherwise "very strong case".
An excellent communicator. He translated lawyerspeak into English that I could easily understand. He got back to me right away. Highly recommended.
