Do not under any circumstances use this real estate closing company. Was good when his Dad and Mom ran it, but the son is terrible. Terrible in work ethic, accountability, follow through, not to mention demeanor. My closing was a year ago and I'm still plagued with issues. (Just found out he didn't pay 4 of the 11 of my parcel's property taxes collected at closing. Only found out when I got a notice of sale for parcels WITHIN my building from the city.) Consider yourself properly warned.

Seven months ago I closed on a property. When I hadn’t received the deed in the mail I went to their office to get it. THEY LOST IT. After waiting 45 minutes, Mr Nader came to the waiting room to assure me it would be found and mailed to me. Never happened. My husband did some research and found that the wrong address was on my deed. As in Someone else’s address. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for the past 9 weeks and they always have an excuse. You’ve been warned. Use someone else. Anyone else. I can’t imagine anyone could possibly do a worse job.

This guy seemed very knowledgeable on the things he does. Is pricing is compatible. And he doesn't waste money on extravagant office space which is something that I like about a person that I'm giving money to.

Absolutely the WORST service EVER! I have been waiting two years for a reimbursement from mistake made on purchase of home. TWO YEARS! For two years no one would respond to me or my realtor. When I could get someone on the phone they would tell me whoever I need was in a meeting or some other ridiculous excuse. They'd take my number and say they would call back in X amount of time. Did they call back? Never. Finally thought I had it resolved when I got something in the mail and they completely botched the paperwork! Back to the drawing board. "Distinguished law firm"? HA!
