UPDATE: I was contacted directly and have received the service that I've always experienced and grown accustomed to while working with Nance & Overby. I appreciate the time and efforts they put into their clients and stepping up to mend any misunderstandings. I've worked with Nance and Overby for all my real estate needs since 2013. Now I don't get quick responses or friendly service.

This law firm is not responsive at all. Called to try to hire and both times I was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did. When I called all I got was excuses. That's sad when you are referred by another law firm.

If I could give this office a ZERO rating I would. They are not responsive nor do they have great customer service. I’m assuming the comments are lying saying how quick & professional this company is. Someone need to contact the state board. This is ridiculous.

They helped with my house closing. The firm does a great job with these types of services. I definitely will recommend utilizing their services. 5 star rating!!

Exceeds expectations every time. I have done closings with Nance and Overbey for the last 9 years and I have never had a single client that was disappointed.
