Worst customer service I have ever received! When you call the office number a rud and unpleasant guy answers. I get it the state is paying them to represent. But they are not doing a very good job, a complete waste of TAX payers money. If they can't handle representing someone then "simple" don't take the case on.

I was writing a note to leave at fugate office and someone from the office came to check on me if I was waiting on him. So kind of them.!
