Some years ago, needing the expert advice of an estate planning attorney, I met with Nelson Keshen. I explained my plans, expectations & needs. He asked several questions & explained the purpose of essential legal documents. I learned a long time ago that the purpose of estate planning documents is to be prepared for one's death regardless of one's age. One of my biggest concerns was for the long-term care of my cats should I predecease them; friends already had agreed to adopt them should that happen.
