Awful. The previous owners to our house left us a $230 water bill and apparently they "sent us a check for it." They would "never miss something like that" and now my fiancxe9 and I are stuck paying a water bill that isn't ours. I would NOT recommend Allison Nelson or her partner Eric.
Our lawyer caught a number of mistakes in paperwork most wouldn't have. Highly recommend this firm for real estate.
