Reviews

Went in for 2 consulting visits with Daniel Mowry. I really liked him, felt like he heard me and was on my side. He told me he’d draft something up for my review before the weekend. After a week of silence I reached out and the office sent me a letter to review, which is what we’d discussed not doing. When I responded and said that is not what we’d spoke about doing, they sent me 2 more drafts, also not what we addressed. I’d put my case on the back burner at this point, and when I explained it was still not what was discussed I did not hear back from anyone at the office. Have since emailed Daniel, his assistant and the office email and no one has bothered responding even though they charged me for both visits and additional for drafting up items that did not address what we spoke about. Waste of time and money is what seems to have come which is severely disappointing, would love to amend this review saying someone from the office finally decided to respond and do what they were paid to.
We used Mr. Cross for a custody and visitation hearing and would absolutely recommend him to others. He was thorough through all pretrial prep and cool and collected in the court room. We walked out with an order very closely resembling what I sought to start with - so we’re VERY pleased and relieved with the outcome. Definitely would recommend him to others!
I have attempted to get resolution services through this law office twice. Over several years. With two different lawyers. Both times my time was waisted. (I don’t know a nice way to put it). I’m sure they are qualified lawyers, just not sure if their business model includes focusing on tenable outcomes the client is requesting and working with immediacy to advise clients. That did not happen in my case. Simple put, finding out you can’t be or won’t be represented after investing weeks, time and money into services is disappointing at best.
Originally we were very happy with Mr. Maury's work on my grandmothers will (she's still alive at this posting.) However after finding a typo in the will we have reached out to his office several times to fix it. Being told each time he would get back to us the next day. Feels like they already got paid so they drop all responsibility. We got the will done so we wouldn't have to go through any headache.
I highly recommend Daniel Mowry! He and his assistant, Natosha, have been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful for more than a year now. Mr. Mowry represented me through a conflict divorce, custody case, child support arrears court, and debt settlement. I'm a domestic violence survivor and he is very good at seeing through tactics of others in that area. He has answered my desperate emails, even on holidays and weekends. I am forever grateful for this office and services I have received.
