I've got pricy useless initial consultation and the firm never responded back with a requests for representation, quote, etc. Just ignored as not seeing good enough potential profits. It would be ok, if they even bothered to answer " sorry, but no" Total neglect is unacceptable. The timing of their response for my rating posted over a year ago also tells a lot.
