I can not get anyone to call me back. I have submitted an intake form online, twice now! The first time I was almost done with the process of sealing my record and I the lawyer helping me just ghosted me after I did all this work. So months later I filled out another intake form and a lawyer called me and left a voicemail about a week later, but I must have missed her call. And I’ve been calling every single day for the last oh idk 4 weeks to try to get in contact with her and I have yet to receive a call back or an email or anything. So, now I feel like this is all hopeless!! And what’s up with never getting any person to answer their phones every single time you call? What is going on with this place?

it's all just a big scam. there is no guarantee your going to get help. Your placed on a list of attorneys and if they not interested in the case they won't take it plus we all know that lawyers want their money fairly. they are not just helping some poore person just because. I could see why they wouldn't want to take these cases.

Their location was changed months ago on Maps. The pin has been updated and it is now correct. It takes a while to get a call returned for legal help. I was told that the waiting time to get help will take months because of the shortage of pro bono attorneys and a high demand for low-income legal aid. The courts have explicit deadlines that must be met. Jessica Melgar, Pro Bono Assistant, who works as a liaison between lawyers and clients can be hard to reach. She came through and was a big help to me when another client cancelled their appointment. I honestly hope that more people will get the help they need when they can't afford an attorney. Others must donate plasma to pay for the cheapest lawyer that they can afford. Reno's Justice.

This was a very negative experience for me and I honestly would not recommend! I was referred to them and they seemed willing to help, until I waited for over a month for someone to get in touch, only when I reached out to them did they reply. An attorney that had left their business had handled my case and apparently closed it out and I had no idea of anything they had done. I cannot say they are communicative let alone efficient. I have a pretty solid case and for them to just leave me at sea to sink is absolutely ridiculous and not a good look. Looks like I’m just going to have to earn my law degree through doing this on my own. So as for recommending I do not by any means recommend. They are useless please seek legal help elsewhere as they don’t offer any kind.
