They try to do everything through email, even when it's detrimental to the case. There was a change in my case and I didn't even know because they "called twice" with no messages...and I was issued a warrant. Then my lawyer quit the firm mid case, and Christine didn't even introduce herself, but requested I resend all of my paperwork, because there is a sudden summons? My case is about to be dismissed and it seems there is zero effort or empathy,, especially for victims in with this firm. Beware. Do not pay for this firm. I was quoted the wrong price, paid it and have been treated as less than ever since. This form has failed, I will be actively advertising this company as such.

First attorney was a complete nightmare with absolutely no discernment or ability to understand our case. Second attorney was better at placating in the first meeting only to prove that she had no intentions of following through on anything she said or agreed to verbally. Absolute refusal to respond to questions when asked why. And goes on vacation with no notice leaving you without any representation on your case for two weeks and does not notify you. This office is the why attorneys are not respected.
