Got cussed out today and told if I had a job I could pay my bills by the lady serving people for this office that was great to wake up to today. Great customer service skills 10 out of 10 she did this while standing in my neighbors driveway screaming across her yard at me after knocking on my neighbors doors when I asked them to come back later. Thanks for the panic attack and spreading my business across the whole neighborhood ????. Also this lady has no idea if I work or not. This is my first notice I am even receiving about the bill.... I paid my doctor I had no idea about the extra charges so to insult me based on assumed income is ridiculous. Cussing me out and screaming about me owning money while 3 neighbors at least that I saw were out side not including the persons door she knocked on.... really good slandering there ..... so glad everyone knows whats going on in my life because your employees can't get a grip on how to be professional.
