Absolutely diabolical customer service from the collections team. My company got into difficulty and without emotion demands came in Understandably however the aggressive nature of Rachel Perez will go down in history in my book. Then I offered £350/month to clear the debt then £500/month to clear the debt then pushing it to £1000. Still not accepted. They do not give a dam about what is going on in your life when a company goes into liquidation. Heartless in these current times.

I got a handset financed by this company from Halo Connect who have now become Connecting Britain. Propel Finance have been very pleasant to deal with, quick to respond and dealt fairly with my matter, Halo Connect on the other hand were one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I am trapped in an overpriced phone contract and can’t get out of it! I was conned into a finance option by a company called Eze Talk (AVOID) also called Sure Comms. I took out a phone contract over 2 years ago for an iPhone 12 which started out costing £82 a month which they said was high at the start to end my old contract but then wouldn’t upgrade or reduce the cost after 18 months. They now stop replying to me. PROPEL FINANCE are still charging £38 a month for an old phone that hardly charged any more and refuse to do anything about the high costs. In all I have been scammed and will have paid around £2400 over the three years. BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING 3 years contracts. Most phones don’t last that long and you’re left paying these crooks until they’ve got their blood.

Concur with a lot of other negative comments so best avoided. Had a monthly DD set up and they just changed the date WITHOUT any notification to give themselves a two week payment advantage. Our Bank will recall the payment under DD Guarantee Scheme.

Awful company Agree with all the reviews here absolute con company. They had set up 2 DD's for our phone contract when we was only supposed have one - Our accountant realised and contacted them and now wont give us a refund for the other DD that we didnt need as its our own fault. Disgusting customer service with rude people.
