Our experience with this firm and Geri has been of non performance on her part. There has been office personnel changeover and when she is called she has to check with staff as she does not know how her case is being handled. She hardly ever returned phone or emails but she is quick to charge from our retainer even when she can’t update us. We had hired her with a retainer to handle family probate but as it turning our to be a nightmare to get her to perform her duties.
