This guy Nick Pacheco does nothing. He's just taking advantage of needed people who are hoping to solve their cases. About 6 years ago my parents lost their home because he Nick doesnt do his work. My parents kept calling to ask what was going on.. and they would always avoid us or not answer the calls at all. Please dont waste your time with him.

I'm not going to lie all the hard work he put in my case was wonderful no matter what the outcome of my case would had been I would've been grateful. Suddenly he failed to appear to court and managed to get my case dropped. He promised to re-file asap but for 10months nothing but excuses and no filing, until he stopped returning my calls I realized he was done with me!!! Reported this man to state bar and now he's set for trial!!! I lost my house was homeless for a month with my disabled mother and 2kids. The worst part I lost hope!! Thank you Nick Pacheco and may God forgive you for all the families you scammed because I will never forgive you!!

So my friend which lives in Oakland Ca hired the Nick Pacheco Law firm after hearing the ad on the radio that they can help with his immigration status. After paying them many thousands of dollars they stopped returning his calls. He asked if I could drive by there 15501 address today so I did and I found the place empty. This sounds like a scam to me. Be careful due your homework before giving money. BBB has them with an F grade.

I wish there was a way to Sue this organization they paint the picture in the beginning like if they knew what they are doing . I contracted this attorney for immigration services and paid this office $7000 and since the beginning they did everything incorrectly. I tried to talk to the case manager who supposedly was handing the case for 6 month left 1000 messages and never recieved a call back . Immingration denied what was submitted to them due to being done incorrectly by this office. I finally was able to schedule a meeting with Mr. Pacheco and he tried to blame all on his employees and he would try to give me the run around of why his employees did not know what they were doing and the way he wanted to make everything seem better is by stating that he fired many of his employees . Now That is not fair that we were screwed and we believed on all of their lies. Now I have been trying to get a hold of Mr. Pacheco for 3 weeks and I'm at it again leaving messages and still no response. All the people that were screwed by this office there has to be something that can be done so they don't keep on doing this. LAWSUIT EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!

They are horrible! They over charge for the i130 petition and horrible customer service !! NOTHE RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
