I saw something, I said something... I saw fraud, a violation of HIPAA, and this lawyer, for over four years, didn't represented me at all and in top of that he railroaded me out with a final letter of determination, saying he wouldn't appeal it. A total cover up, corruption by SUS and the investigator of OCR should be investigated as well. Now they saying in a determination letter that everything was a hoax. I do not recommend this firm whatsoever. Stay away, from this lawyer. He acted like he was part of the cover up the way he talked to me last, like not in my side. This corrupted lawyer, never even filed my case with the courts. And guess what was the most stupid question I didn't expect to hear from this looser attorney. "What were you expecting? Money compensation? Unjustified dismissal and retaliation, loss of job I replied...but I walked out saying to him how pathetic was that question. Just avoid this loser!!!
