I worked with Betsy and her team from December 2023 to current, and every interaction has been respectful and helpful. I was confused about parts of the process, and they explained them to me clearly and patiently. The practice is run extremely well. From the first phone call, they have been responsive and gone above and beyond. Betsy Black and her assistant Amber are thee most amazing people I have ever met. I was going through a horrible custody issue and she was there to help me get through it, I was able to get full custody of my daughter, the knowledge she has and how she really takes the time to help it really makes you at ease knowing she has your back. Betsy and her team are very attentive and thorough. My experience with lawyers is they are all very busy and don't really communicate that well unless they need something. This is not the case with Black Law. Communication was quick and thoughtful, which I greatly appreciated during a stressful time when the lack of communication can result in misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. Her team was very professional and I felt confident each time her representation was needed in an official capacity. I recommend this team to anyone who is need of a good lawyer.
