I have a very bad experience with this law firm and i want to shout out to Michael Harding. His review from a year ago describes almost exactly what happened to me. I wish i would have seen his review before i chose Hildebrand law. nA difference to his review is that my bill of attorney fees is close to $ 20,000! At the mediation I had absolutely no support or advise from my attorney, unless you count "don't be discouraged, you will be fine" as an advise. During the meditation, my attorney also provided a wrong information to the judge (instead of close to $ 20,000 she gave the judge a paper that said that i paid close to $ 3,500).the judge used that wrong number to set the amount that should be paid to me. I was stupid to sign the agreement at the mediation but I felt very pressured and overwhelmed . My attorney just had to send me the agreement as a legal document and i would have been divorced by now.nWhen I noticed that mistake, i reached out to the owner. I was clearly upset and explained the mistakes. A few emails later I got an email, saying that they drop me as a client. I then asked them to just finalize my last paper but they refuse to do that. nI paid close to $ 20,000 and they dropped me one finalized paper before being divorced! !!nMichael talked in his review about blown up invoices - here is one example: some days 4 attorneys were holding a conference call among themselves to "discuss strategies", without me. That call was 20 minutes and cost me $ 208 ! Because you pay every single one of them. None of the strategies or any of the information collected during the last 6 months was used during the mediation! nI definitely do not recommend this law firm and can give you a good, free advise: stay away from them!

They even reminded me that my ultimate stated goal was the best interest of my children each time the other party got particularly challenging and my frustration was getting the better of me. The owner handled my case personally and was exceptionally well versed in the unique aspects of a divorce involving the military and associated benefits. Won't need them again (fingers crossed!!! :) ) but would totally recommend them to anyone!

We had a fairly complicated case in Family Court and Juvenile Court. Kip was an excellent attorney. He covered every base there was to cover and left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through custody proceedings.
