UPDATE 10/19/2018: Effective 10/11/18, Mark Novak has been suspended for misconduct for 4 years by the Minnesota Supreme Court. UPDATE 8/15: Mark Novak has been brought before the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility for disciplinary action. A 4 year suspension from practicing law has been stipulated to, and is being brought before the Minnesota Supreme Court for approval. Do NOT hire this man. He has defrauded more clients than he's helped! He will take your money and never do anything for you. He lies and makes up excuses as to why things aren't done.

Worst attorney ever!!! Lies, lies and more lies. Wouldn’t wish the destruction he caused on my worst enemy.
