I knew very quickly during my meeting with him that I wanted to work with him. I had done my research and was very impressed with his educational background as well as his litigating experience.xa0nWith the limited to time he had to review the facts of my case, he was able to quickly ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of it.xa0nI would recommend this firm but only to those who can afford it. Unfortunately, I will have to find counsel elsewhere because I cannot afford to make an upfront payment of $10,000. While I completely understand the value of a good attorney, I am disappointed in my ability to retain one. I work full time for the State of New York, yet I can't afford decent counsel to help me regain custody of my children. It is probably one of the most disappointing challenges I will ever have to face in life.xa0nTo anyone who does retain Mr. O'Brien, you definitely have a winner!
