There was a fake court hearing they said my father attended, we had objected and he was not there—anything to rake up billable hours. They had 7 attorneys charging billable hours for false stories fabricated by unethical attorneys. They did nothing and I would recommend jail time.

The lady that answered the phone today was 0 helpful.. had the nerve to get smart when I asked a question again( ant that what I just said to u) she is sooo smart that she still gave me the wrong information...#redo CSR training..#redo communication training

I think that the panel judges are law students. No one in the process has any backbone. MN has pretty good regulatory advocacy for consumers. This office is a disappointment in that respect:

I gave this office one star simply because they responded. Yet, even that took my involvements to call them after nearly a month not hearing from them to verify if even received my filed complaint. All you need to do is review the many allegations filed on this office by their own staff to understand the real story, chaos within. Don't waste your time.

Us mere mortals would be in prison for the crimes our attorney committed but there's a different standard for lawyers it seems. The board is only here to protect attorneys. You will not be compensated for their illegal activities. Our case was so bad it is one of several in the Supreme Court and still there is no punishment to him, no compensation for him not even being an attorney at the time he was stealing my money, an illegal contract, and filing all paperwork incorrectly. Even the board did not tell the truth about our case to the Supreme Court as it was far worse than the case they presented. Use the board to make them aware of rogue attorneys. However you will not receive any justice or compensation.
