The civil justice system today?whether dealing with simple or complex matters?takes so long and costs so much that it no longer serves as an effective tool in regulating society's legal matters. In the end, the system has become so dysfunctional that it's virtually impossible for the average person to rely on it as a means of resolving disputes. Day by day, with each legal experience, I lost confidence in our system's ability to deliver justice. Judge O'Connell I hope you read this it's true I got a judgment in the your court but the system allow this case to drags for over 4 years and you also delayed the attorney fees judgment allow the defendant in my case all kind of time to prepare him and his wife for chapter 7 so I will not get paid no justice, I'm sorry to say it is a shame that the legal system help the crooks more than they can help hard working people . He is protected by the "law " but who is protecting me?????

I called them to see if they could help me after my car accident with the State Highway Patrol and they wont even talk with me. If a State Highway Patrolman hits you they are not liable to pay for any damages to your car or medical bills.

Dont open any letters from them that you recieve. They have been known to send letters containing anthrax inside. This is a dangerous collection of people who have no idea what they are doing.

I payed my account completely off yet it still going to take over a week to updated to my court house because oag only sends updated to the court house once a week and did not send to them on that day . I payed 500 in collection fees. I expect the person I owe the debt to be notified sooner. So now I have to wait even longer to get my licence.

This agency doesn't care about protecting children. They allow a gas station to sale liquor in a to go Dixie cup. Seems to me Indiana and Pennsylvania care infinitely more about protecting families and neighborhoods than Ohio. Next time you are driving toward Indiana on I-70 stop at the second Huber Heights exit and order you a shot at the Marathon Gas station.
