I called to find out what my tax offset was it was due to an old class that I had dropped at college. I spoke to one of the rudest women I’ve ever spoken to in my life. She was extremely rude asked why I was calling after I already gave her my account number. Unbelievable absolutely horrible customer service maybe I was the wrong color for her. Everyone should be treated the same she was horrible to me! Get a new profession if you hate people!!

I have been waiting for money they took from me back in June of 2020. They had no right to take it, but they did and now when they admit that there was a mistake. They tell me i have to wait 8-10 months to receive my money. Well it's been 9 months and still i wait. They need to replace all who work in the A.G. dept.

Collection website will automate a quantity of zero when you pay with a check. The confirmation shows $0 paid because quantity is zero?!?! When I got ahold of someone at OAG office they said it was an error with a 3rd party website and most likely the payment went through. Glad I didn't try it a 2nd time or she said it would take months to have my additional payment returned. . . HEY OAG please upgrade your pay portal to something that works accurately!

These people are so rude..like if you don't like your job quit..the lady I spoke with today was rude after I waited on hold for 45 mins..they need to get rid of these people
