This is the worst lawyer I have ever met. He could barely remember my name and was never ready to go over my case always had me wait or watch him eat his food before going my case and his wife would always gave me the wrong clients billing information. I want to that offfice multiple times for the same thing. I even wrote in detailed what I wanted in clear hand writing and still couldn't get it right. All I needed done was for my soon to ex husband to sign and figure out child support and parent time and took $5,000 bucks for nothing to get done. All they talked about was there glory days and barely on my case. If I could give them a zero star I would. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Don and his wife should retire or be investigated for screwing over hard working single mothers off.

Couldn't help me

I agree with EVERYTHING Tom Tracht said. Don Oliver was my boyfriend's lawyer and $7000 and one year later he is looking for a new lawyer. Don could not remember anything he was told and when asked a question his answer was always " I've been too busy to work on it, I'll have to get back to you" which he never did. The only time he ever initiated a called was when he wanted more money. Do yourself a favor, find someone else!

Absolute nightmare as I watched thousands go down the drain with little accomplished. Don Oliver may have once been a good attorney, but he needs to retire and do everyone a favor. He is forgetful to an extreme, so you are paying $5 per minute for him to ask you the same question ten times or to tell you the same thing ten times. In addition, when I released him he told me I had nearly $500 he would return to me, but he ended up spending it all in the process of quitting. Go elsewhere and save yourself a bad case of frustration and headaches.
