Very poor professionalism! My father passed away due to negligence in the hospital and since it would be a tough case Mr. Oliver opted out saying I just don't want to take it on it's too tough, never speaking directly with me once only having information gatherers speak with me, so if you have a tough case go elsewhere, this firm is only interested in easy money cases. I'd give zero stars if I could!! As to your reply: It's pretty disrespectful to say many factors go into a case when were given a brief discription second hand from your information gatherers never looking at one official record, a death certificate or any pertinent information. You sure did reply 100 times faster to your review than you did for my case. Again only in it for the quick money!
